As the shift lead, you'll mentor, coach, and inspire your team to bring their A-game.
Be the problem-solver, the motivator, and the role model for the children in your care.
Forge deep connections with our multi-disciplinary teams to craft unique, child-centric care plans.
Get hands-on: whether it's helping with homework, exploring the outdoors, or just being the steady presence they can rely on, you'll make every day count.
