Senior Research Scientist

Go Tek are currently on the lookout for a talented Senior Research Scientist with experience in Protein Design and Enzyme Engineering for an AI Biotech Start-Up company.
They're at the forefront of the AI-generated enzyme design revolution and you'll play a crucial part in taking this business to the next level.
Responsibilities: Assist with developing and benchmarking predictive methods for protein design.
Enable the development of protein design leveraging ML/AI and physics-based methods.
Enable the development of a resilient, model-agnostic platform and its continuous evolution, by following coding standards, best practices, and benchmarking processes.
Required Experience: A PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science or related areas.
Experience with AI protein design, protein structure and property prediction methods.
Experience with protein structure and enzyme databases.
Solid understanding of protein structure and function ( e.g.
enzymes).
Proficiency with Python.
