Job Title: Senior Research Consultant
Location: Hybrid – Options in London, Edinburgh, or Newcastle
Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 (including London weighting)

Join us in making a difference! We're looking for a Senior Research Consultant with expertise in research, analysis, and project management to drive meaningful change. You'll play a pivotal role in leading consultancy projects and building partnerships across sectors, from health and education to housing and social care.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery: Lead and manage research and evaluation projects, conducting needs assessments, data analysis, and consultations while ensuring adherence to quality and safeguarding standards. Client Engagement: Build trusted client relationships, designing innovative solutions that meet client needs and presenting insights through reports, presentations, and workshops. Team Leadership: Guide and support project teams, coordinating resources and managing workloads to ensure on-time, quality delivery. Business Development: Contribute to proposal development, thought leadership activities, and market expansion initiatives. Required Skills & Experience:

Project Management: Demonstrated success in managing projects within set timescales and budgets, especially across private, public, or nonprofit sectors. Research & Analysis: Expertise in research methodologies, policy analysis, and tools like cost-benefit analysis, Social Return on Investment (SROI), and data visualization. Strategic Thinking: Ability to interpret and respond to government policies and contribute to evidence-based solutions. Independent & Proactive: Skilled in prioritizing workloads and working independently to meet deadlines, with a proactive approach to identifying new ideas and solutions. Communication & Facilitation: Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of facilitating focus groups, conducting interviews, and engaging stakeholders across various platforms. Perks:
