Package: £45,000 - £70,000 (depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience)

Let us introduce the role AWE is currently recruiting for experienced Systems Engineers (Requirements) to join a growing multi-disciplinary team that supports a range of activities from system engineering on our core warhead products to applying systems thinking across our whole organisation.
Working within the Warhead Systems Engineering Group, you will be responsible for systems engineering support to projects, programmes, and portfolios across our enterprise. We are establishing new requirements engineering capabilities in key business areas, such as our Programme Management Office and weapon delivery programmes.
Several vacancies exist supporting the business at the enterprise level, as well as more technical roles supporting the project level. These are exciting opportunities to work across our diverse business and would suit those who want to drive direction and lead change. With demand for these roles increasing as we ramp up the delivery of our current and future warhead programmes, you will be a key part of growing our capability.
Who are we looking for? We would like you to be an enthusiastic, adaptable and proactive individual who enjoys working with a diverse range of stakeholders to find solutions to complex engineering problems. Ideally, you would have experience in requirements elicitation at either product, project or capability levels; however, there are opportunities for re-training available.
