An award-winning, successful and growing digital academic publisher of primary source archive collections in the arts and humanities, is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Lead.
Reporting to the Head of EMEA Sales, the successful candidate will drive growth by leading complex sales initiatives, mentoring team members, and fostering key client relationships to exceed targets across multiple territories, while collaborating on strategic improvements and embodying the organisations core values.
Key responsibilities Develop and contribute to the formulation of strategic sales plans aligned with overall business objectives by working closely with International Sales Management Team, Customer Support, Engagement and Editorial teams to ultimately grow business in the international market Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for growth across multiple territories Collaborate with sales leadership to create and implement effective sales strategies, adjusting plans as needed to respond to market changes Conduct regular territory planning, forecasting, and effective management of opportunities with the rest of the International Sales team to ensure the assigned territories reach or exceed annual sales targets Work closely with assigned territories and accounts to understand their goals and challenges, identifying opportunities to provide additional value and upsell relevant products or services Demonstrate the highest standard of customer service through excellent customer presentations, sales conversations, relationship management, and closing of sales Utilise the CRM to manage sales pipelines, forecast opportunities, and ensure timely reporting of sales activities including opportunities, meetings, tasks, leads, and customer follow-ups.
Skills/experience Proven success in a senior sales role working with international markets A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Up to 40% international travel is required in this role.
£45k salary + £20k OTE bonus + benefits is offered.
