In this full time position, you will work from our office in East Kent (hybrid work) reporting to our Senior HR Business Partner
What will you do?
Provide coaching and advise to people leaders in industrial relations matters including performance management Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and people leaders on policy interpretation & adherence, grievances and counselling Support the Senior HR Business Partner for cyclical HR activities including performance reviews, remuneration cycles and talent development Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with legislation and contemporary practices Support HR initiatives and projects ranging in learning and organisation development What experiences & competencies do you bring?
Tertiary qualifications in HR At least 5 years experience in a HR Advisory role Proven experience in handling IR/ER matters Ability to manage grievances and disciplinary situations effectively Excellent communication skills Excellent organisation skills to deliver quality work in a fast paced environment Strong interpersonal skills enabling you to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation What's in it for you?
