CBW Staffing Solutions are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team.

Due to our growth plans for 2025, we are looking to invest in a Senior Consultant to join our established team based out of the Dartford office to head up The Property and Facilities Management desk on a National basis to recruit for White Collar Individuals.

Working alongside a high-performing team of recruiters who create a supportive and winning environment you will be required to network clients, make sales calls, account managed, develop new business, source candidates, advertise roles, search job boards, take references and ensure all documentation is in place (i.e.
RTW, certificates etc).
Hours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 16:30pm Key duties & Responsibilities \n The ability to work with a number of the countries leading Managing Agent's and Property Developers on a National Basis.
\n Exposure to and working with the best talent in the market, supplying Facilities Managers, Building Managers, Facilities Directors, Technical Services Managers to some of the countries and world's leading companies within the Facilities Management sector.
\n Sourcing candidates to fill vacancies via Linkedin network, database, Job boards and networking.
\n You will be proactively networking, finding alternative innovative and effective ways of sourcing candidates whilst composing and posting adverts via social media outlets.
\n You will be dealing with clients & candidates over the phone on a daily basis where you will be conducting interviews in order to match candidates to our client's needs.
\n Meeting Clients Face to Face \n Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies \n Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay etc \n Take references \n Upload candidates CV's to client portals \n Ensure candidates have provided RTW documents, trade certificates etc \n Requirements \n Degree Qualified in any discipline (Maybe you have achieved your degree and are unsure what you want to do next) (Not Essential) \n Experience within the Property and Facilities Sector - Ideally White Collar \n Honest, reliable and hard working \n Driven, Money-motivated, professional and ambitious \n Strong business development skills \n Able to build lasting relationships \n Driven, proactive, confident and resilient \n Team player, positivity and a quality approach will make you stand out from the competition \n Full UK driving license \n Able to travel daily to the Dartford Office (Located near Dartford Crossing) - Parking on Site / Closest Station Stone Crossing.
