We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team at Heathrow Airport (SL3), where you'll play a key role in providing recruitment solutions to the commercial aviation industry.

Your Role: As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our recruitment strategy, helping to drive new business, nurture existing client relationships, and lead a talented team.
You will be selling both temporary and permanent recruitment services, and working closely with clients in the fast-paced aviation sector.
Additionally, you'll have the opportunity for some travel to UK airports for client meetings and recruitment events.

Key Responsibilities: Lead & Manage: Oversee a team of recruitment consultants, offering guidance and coaching to help them thrive.
Client Relationships: Manage client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Business Development: Proactively generate new business through networking, telesales, and social media outreach.
Recruitment Expertise: Match candidates to vacancies, delivering top talent for airport and non-airport roles.
What We're Looking For: Leadership Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a Team Leader role, with a proven ability to manage and develop recruitment teams.
Proven Success: Experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, with a strong track record of delivering either permanent or temporary recruitment solutions.
Business Acumen: A knack for generating leads, networking, and driving new business opportunities.
Target-Driven: Comfortable working towards financial targets and managing client accounts.
Full UK Driving License: Must have a clean, manual driving license with at least 12 months of experience.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
