What You'll Bring to the Table A proven track record as a 360° recruiter, ideally within tech, with a knack for fostering lasting client relationships.
Experience mentoring junior consultants, building others up alongside your own success.
Consultative communication skills, powerful sales acumen, and the ability to negotiate with confidence.
