We've placed a lot of people here and they genuinely have flexibility.If you have a background in agency recruitment across IT, A&F, Marketing, HR or Engineering, then we would be interested in discussing things further.Base salary is commensurate with experience, but this business pays in the upper quartile and also offers a very good benefits package.
Sure, some other agencies pay a higher percentage on commission, but you'll be working twice as hard and have a large target on your back compared to here.We're only looking for recruiters who are in current agency / 360 recruitment roles, rather than onsite or internal recruiters.
