As we continue to expand and disrupt the recruitment industry, we are looking for motivated and driven recruitment consultants at various levels (12 months' experience to Director level) to join our fast-growing team.
The Role:
As an Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates across the Northwest.
You will work with high-growth, private equity-backed businesses and within the advisor network, supporting them with their recruitment needs for newly qualified and senior accountants.
Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
• Client & Candidate Partnership: Building long-term relationships with clients across private equity-backed and high-growth businesses.
Offering a full consultancy and advisory service on recruitment strategy and talent acquisition.
• Candidate Placement: Sourcing, screening, and placing high-calibre candidates, including newly qualified and senior accountants, into suitable roles within client organisations.
• Event Hosting & Networking: Hosting and attending industry events, networking to raise the profile of the business, and connecting with potential clients and candidates.
• Recruitment Strategy & Advisory: Providing expert recruitment advice to clients, including market trends, talent mapping, and role specifications to attract top talent.
Engaging in a consultative approach to meet clients' evolving recruitment needs.
• Mentorship & Development: Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, receiving mentorship, and gaining access to best practices in recruitment, business development, and leadership.
• Sales & Business Development: Building and expanding the client base, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction with recruitment solutions.
• Market Expertise: Becoming a subject matter expert in the Accountancy & Finance market across the Northwest, keeping up to date with industry trends, compensation packages, and talent availability.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are open to candidates with various levels of experience, from those with 12 months' experience to individuals with Director-level expertise.
Ideal candidates will have:
• Recruitment Experience: At least 12 months of experience in recruitment (preferably in accountancy, finance, or a related field).
Senior candidates will have a proven track record in business development and team leadership.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
You will be expected to take ownership of your work and contribute to the growth of the business.
