Senior Recruitment Consultant Permanent Recruitment Sector Excellent Salary DOE + Uncapped OTE With 2024 set to be a record breaking year for First Call Contract Services, we are now looking to add to our First Call Talent Solutions team moving into 2025.
This team, specializing in permanent recruitment across the UK, was launched this year and has grown month on month. It's now time to add to this operation.
We want to speak to permanent recruitment professionals. Any sector will be considered; however, candidates must have experience in recruitment sales and recruitment service within the permanent recruitment marketplace.
This exciting role will see individuals grow with the division as it moves into year 2, with team management opportunities and excellent earning potentials.
Candidate duties will include: Update advertising and candidate attraction plans in line with our clients' hiring intentions. Pre-screen and interview potential candidates and submit candidate profiles and CVs to clients. General recruitment administration including CV formatting, candidate follow-ups, and database management. Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within the permanent recruitment sector, maintaining existing client relationships and generating new business leads. Build strong and effective relationships with existing clients and new business clients to place candidates into permanent positions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the permanent recruitment market. Monitor the quality of all candidates and ensure that candidate attraction methods are cost-effective. Candidate experience will include: Candidates will have existing recruitment experience within the permanent recruitment sector and be able to provide an excellent level of client service at all times.
Candidates will be commercially aware of current recruitment market trends both nationally and locally and have the ability to sell recruitment services and manage multiple clients' hiring needs.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm; however, an element of flexibility will be required during busy periods.
Starting salary is DOE + Excellent Uncapped OTE.
This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis.
