With a desk this size and our lucrative commission structure on target earnings are in excess of £15k in comms alone.

Main Duties and Responsibilities As a Recruitment Consultant at Link3, you become the crucial link between our schools and candidates.
You will join a thriving and energetic team of recruiters to service a unique group of Primary, Secondary, SEND or Further Education institutes.
Your main objective will be to build meaningful relationships with candidates & clients, grow your candidate pool & place the right educators in the right environments.
You will require: A passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young people.
Experience in recruitment or sales (desired not essential) The appetite to make a high-quality sales and business development calls to schools across your local area.
The desire to build and develop your own candidate database by sourcing and recruiting high calibre teachers and support staff.
Work to key performance measures and indicators in line with your individual and team targets.
Good communication and customer service at all times with clients and candidates Grit & Perseverance To become a successful recruitment consultant, you will need to have/be: Driven, Resilient & Focused Excellent time management and organizational skills Efficient & result driven.
Always work with professionalism and integrity Able to develop meaningful relationships and maintain clear lines of communication between candidates & clients.
