***THIS POSITION REQUIRES RELOCATION TO CALGARY, ALBERTA, CANADA*** NES Fircroft is a UK based staffing agency with over 80 offices worldwide.
We specialize in O&G, Life Sciences, and Power & Renewables.
Have you ever wanted to move to Calgary, Alberta, Canada?
Successful candidates with Power and/or Renewable Energy experience will spend 12 months in the UK to understand the company, role, culture, market, and assignment location.
After this period join the team and relocate to Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing new business in the energy sector, managing the recruiting process, and delivering for your clients, while marketing and generating leads for new business.
This is an entrepreneurial role that gives you full operational responsibility for your own desk and clients.
This position is an excellent opportunity for someone with a history of delivering outstanding results without sacrificing service levels in a full-cycle recruiting environment.
The role is also responsible for engaging client contacts an d key contractors to identify and win business, thus personally impacting revenue growth.
What You'll Be Doing : Identification of client leads in the power generation and renewables markets Building relationships and qualifying opportunities for NES Fircroft Leading strategic BD activities and reporting on market developments and opportunities to extend our brand and services Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract, contract to hire, or permanent basis Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand talent portfolio and attract qualified candidates Conduct thorough phone and face-to-face interviews to determine candidate's qualifications and job requirements Build and maintain a quality pipeline by fostering long-term relationships with candidates Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates Call current contactor workforce or recently placed permanent candidates to ensure quality service is maintained and to seek candidate referrals Account management of new and existing clients, including client visits What We're Looking For : 3+ years of recent staffing agency experience Experience within the Power and/or Renewable sector Good communicator, articulate with strong external presentation skills (written & verbal) Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate ability to multitask and prioritize Ambitious and hungry to be successful Target-oriented work experience Outgoing personality with a proven track record in building and developing client relationships What you'll get in return: Fully remote opportunity for the first year 32 days of PTO Closed the week of Christmas to the New Year Competitive base salary + commission NES Fircroft – Empowering with energy!
