As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and placing qualified candidates with our clients.
Your experience in end-to-end recruitment, knowledge of the local market, and relationship-building skills will support the growth and continued success of the office.

The day to day Build, develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the Pertemps client base.
Source candidate from a variety of channels including searching job boards, social media, attending networking events, and candidate referrals to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Conduct in-depth candidate phone screening and interviews to assess the candidates' skills, experience and personality fit.
Stay informed on industry news, competitor activities and salary benchmarks to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Skills and Experience needed A proven track record in recruitment, preferably with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a recruitment consultant position.
In-depth understanding of recruitment practices, candidate sourcing strategies, and selection techniques.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively liaise with clients, candidates, and the wider Pertemps team.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritise in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
