The Role: Manage key accounts, recruiting for both permanent and contract IT roles.
Leverage your network and market knowledge to identify new business opportunities.
Engage in 360 recruitment activities, building your own desk and winning new business.
Attend and organize meetups, events, and conferences, both virtually and in person.
Collaborate with directors to keep our business at the forefront of innovation, implementing new ideas and strategies.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have: At least 3 years of successful experience in IT recruitment.
A strong understanding of the IT industry and a keen awareness of the latest trends.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage key accounts and deliver excellence.
Professionalism, attention to detail, and effective time management.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
