The role of a Senior Recruitment Consultant is to effectively and successfully contribute to the business growth through successful placements of technically qualified senior professionals within a specified industry.
This is achieved through the advanced growth and placements of long-term candidates and clients.
The overall goal is to increase profitability through effective and advanced recruitment processes.
Requirements Key Responsibilities: Candidate Generation: Actively generate suitably qualified candidates across specific disciplines.
Run and manage your own desk and build market expertise Headhunting for live open vacancies, pre-screening and reference checking candidates Ensure database accuracy and efficiency (candidate accounts) Completion of Candidate Qualification documentation.
Submitting relevant and fully qualified candidate CV's and shortlists to live open vacancies upon agreed timeframes.
Provide candidates with feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle from submission > interview > offer > acceptance.
Client Relations: Manage existing client relationships and maximize to full potential.
Effective business development to establish new industry relationships and clients.
Negotiation and agreement of client contracts.
Communicate effectively with HR/Internal Recruitment, Technical Management & Senior Executives.
Ensure database accuracy and efficiency (client accounts).
Maintain working knowledge of client activity and potential recruitment needs.
Present data to clients independently.
Manage and control the recruitment process from a client perspective, from initial job order through to shortlist, interviews and offer acceptance.
