We are looking for Senior Recruitment Consultants from the United Kingdom to join our Grand Cayman office (relocation is required) .
We have three offices globally: Grand Cayman, Singapore, and India, soon to be Delaware.

Responsibilities: Join a busy practice area We will provide full support in order for you to learn the unique culture of Cayman and the offshore financial market as well as getting you well acquainted with our clients.
The desk is then yours to grow and build with the support of the Co-Founders.
Source candidates globally.
Maintain existing client relationships.
Build new client relationships.
Experience: Ideally minimum 2-5 years+ experience in recruitment in any of the finance/IT, Legal practice areas, within a recruitment agency.
However, we believe that if you are a good recruiter, with the right support and working environment, you can recruit in any sector.
Therefore, if you do not have Finance specific sector experience but are interested, please do reach out.
Essential that the person have a track record of billing consistently.
If you are billing around 200k in a typical agency, you can expect to bill more than 350k+ tax free in your first year.
Must have strong BD skills and proven record of attracting clients and maintaining those relationships.
Excellent communication skills.
Most importantly, you must be a team player who has a great sense of humour, hungry ambitious attitude to want to learn and grow in your career and can challenge our current team to be the office pool champion!
