However, they dont shout too loudly or beat their chests about good they are.
Basically, theyre a bunch of experienced and professional recruiters who know their stuff and are comfortable in their own skin.
No egos or Rolexs in sight What they need is someone who has solid experience in A&F recruitment.
Someone who backs themselves to be in front of customers and grow a business.
They really need an existing agency Consultant/Senior Consultant/Managing Consultant/AD who can leverage from what they have, but still have the capacity to grow and meet customers.
Theyre currently on all the frameworks and PSLs across Public Sector (and quite a few private sector) for Tech, and are getting numerous requests for A&F candidates from their very warm and loyal customer base.
You will come in as the industry expert for A&F and shape this division and grow it as you see fit.
This isnt a get rich quick scheme, and neither is it a "well give it a go and if it doesnt work well can it" move either Its a well thought, well funded (theyre doing very well with contract/temp numbers and a really consistent perm business) and well supported opportunity.
One day a week in Birmingham, but you can come in more than that if youd prefer to be in an office.
Were only looking at people coming from a current agency background and ideally in Accounting & Finance.
