Summary: Due to exponential organic growth, we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Business Partner to join the in-house recruitment team.
The successful candidate will assist the UK Head of Recruitment deliver the full recruitment process across multiple business units, liaising with key stakeholders within the UK to hire the most talented individuals.
Job Description: Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify recruitment requirements, building key stakeholder relationships to drive recruitment best practices across the UK.
Previous experience of head hunting, talent mapping, detailed search & selection campaigns.
Experience reporting salary benchmarking and current market/industry trends.
Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards, social networks, ATS system.
Be able to communicate and manage supply chain agencies as required.
Tap into current employee networks, using the employee referral scheme.
Guide Hiring Managers & Candidates through the full recruitment process.
Initial screening of candidates prior to submission for Hiring Manager review.
Ability to identify and evaluate top talent for each role within the business.
Experience in hiring staff and contract personnel, across blue and white collar disciplines.
Update and report into UK Head of Recruitment with progress on each individual role and business unit.
Provide timely interview feedback to candidates and Hiring Managers at all times.
Work closely with the UK Head of Recruitment to develop the in-house function across the UK.
Help new hires onboard and work closely with HR Department.
If required, participate in open days, job fairs to further develop company presence.
Being a UK wide business travel to different offices/sites will be required.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Negotiate offers and extend job offers to successful candidates.
Provide guidance and support to Hiring Managers and HR teams on recruitment best practices and policies.
Required Skills/Qualifications: Proven experience in an internal (preferred) or external recruitment role.
Experience/background within Engineering or Water sectors (essential).
Ability to communicate clearly at all levels both internally and externally.
Strong IT skills, familiar using applicant tracking systems & CV databases.
Excellent timekeeping.
Minimum 10+ years recruitment experience.
Working for us means: Probationary Period – 6 months.
Pension – Can join immediately or auto enrolled after 3 months - Employee 5% and Employer 5% via salary sacrifice.
Eligible to join Private Healthcare after successfully completing probation.
Enrolled in Group Income Protection and Death in Service (4 x basic salary) upon commencement of employment.
Notice – 1 week during probation, increasing to 1 month thereafter.
