Job Description As a Senior Real Estate Valuer , you will work as part of our high performing Corporate Lending Team and be part of a Valuation team responsible for valuing a multitude of complex and unusual assets.
As a Senior Real Estate Valuer , we are looking for someone to: Continuously review our approach to lending policy / valuation security Undertake the formal review of valuation reports for all new lending opportunities £1M+; identifying key risk and providing recommendations on suitability to lend Identify and develop external relationship with Together valuation panel managers and LPA Receivers that promotes our property portfolio and lending opportunities Provide support, advice and recommendations on non-panel valuations Support the Group Head of Valuations in providing strategic advice in relation to property market so as to align with Group risk & lending appetite Support the Corporate Portfolio team and Loan Servicing division in undertaking retrospective reviews of reports Provide strategic input into appropriate loan restructuring, workout and recoveries Qualifications Essential RICS qualified Direct experience in property valuation reporting for lending purposes Ability to operate & engage at a senior stakeholder level Excellent organisational, planning and facilitation skills A desire to provide a strong customer service focus Additional Information Benefits working at Together 26 days holiday, and a day off for your birthday (increasing with service to 30 days), plus bank holidays Buy & sell holidays Discretionary annual bonus Matched pension contribution Life assurance Critical illness cover Health cash plan Private medical insurance Free access to company holiday homes Travel season ticket loans Ride to work scheme Free local gym access Local bar / restaurant discounts Together Money embraces diversity and inclusion, and are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
