What You'll Do: Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and optimise features for performance and usability.
Ensure code quality through best practices, peer reviews, and continuous improvement.
Contribute to the long-term replacement of contractors with a cohesive, permanent team.
What We're Looking For: Strong experience with React and React Native , with clear evidence of mobile projects.
Proficiency with Next.js , Node , Expo , and Tanstack/React Query .
Experience with version control systems like Git .
Familiarity with design systems such as Tailwind or NativeBase .
