for UK citizens ****** Lead/Senior and all levels of Quantity Surveyors/ Cost Managers for rhi (Wood Group USA, Inc., Houston, TX) rhi, our parent company Wood Group plc., is growing internationally within our Project Services Consultancy division as our clients expand into Green and Blue Hydrogen, CCS etc.
The Technology space, Data Centers ect has also seen large growth for rhi.
With such growth, we need multiple seasoned Cost Managers/Quantity Surveyors to join our Project Services and client-facing consultancy.
Pre and Post contract is ideal; if you bring large Capital Project experience.
Decommissioning is a big plus.
This role requires a client-facing professional who always keeps the best interests of the client in mind while growing rhi's business.
MRICS or RICS a plus.
(Multiple Positions): Oil, gas, and petrochemical projects through all project phases.
Utilize RHiComs software system.
Prepare invitations to tender and schedules of prices for major construction contracts.
Develop schedules of rates and associated preambles for unit rate contracts.
Develop bills of quantities for bid evaluations.
Responsible for cost estimating, overall cost forecasts, and post-contract administration including detailed measurement of IFC/AFC drawings and subsequent agreement with fabrication contractor.
Identify needs and reach an agreement on star rates.
Confirm the validity of variation order requests and claims from contractors.
Responsible for the preparation and review of change management policies and procedures.
