Senior Quantity Surveyor (PQS) Belfast Details: Monday to Friday, Medical Insurance, Pension, Company Car, 33 Days Holiday.
Day to Day:Oversee and manage costs on large scale projects across the UK and Ireland.
Delivering cost management services on high value construction schemes from pre-construction through to completion.
Requirements: Degree educated Quantity Surveyor with MRICS Chartered Status.
8+ years post qualification experience as a QS.
Experience within a client side / consultancy environment.
Competent in contract administration in JCT and NEC.
Track record of leading on decision making within project delivery.
Full drivers licence and proficient on MS Office and Teams.
