Job DescriptionSenior Quantity Surveyor - Construction industryLocation: Staffordshire regionCompany: Main contractor Salary: up to £70,000 Negotiable plus Car Allowance / 25 Days Holidays / Pension Scheme / Free Parking / Private Health CareWe are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor ready to step up into a senior quantity surveyor.Is now the right time for your next career move?Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing costs on projects within the Staffordshire/Midlands area.
We are looking for someone would have a good track record in the contracting industry, who is a team player but able to work independently as required.Key Requirements:Main contracting background.Either an established Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a fresh challenge or an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for their next step.Will have managed costs on construction projects up to a value of £8m.Exposure to a range of sectors including education, commercial, local authority and residential.Good knowledge of standard forms of contract.
