Job DescriptionSenior Quantity Surveyor This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well known Tier 1 contractor working within the Civils and Construction sector.
The company is a well know Tier 1 contractor who operate nationwide throughout the UK and have a number of Regional offices.
This role is to be based site based in Snowdonia.
Subsistence will provided (providing certain criteria is hit).

Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role: - Proactively contribute to the commercial success of the project and thus the business - Prepare applications and reports - Review incoming accounts and correspondence and react accordingly - Manage specified subcontract accounts and support senior commercial staff in negotiations - Agree a personal development plan and deliver the objectives - Contribute to the development of subordinates Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role: - Experience in a similar role - Civils/Construction project experience - A detailed understanding of the general and specific contract and subcontract terms - A knowledge of the techniques and processes involved in delivering the works - Main Contractor experience would be an advantage Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role: - Basic Salary up to £65k depending on experience - Package - Car/car allowance
