Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Area: Norwich Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Salary: Excellent Salary Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Galaxy Personnel is partnering with an award winning building company who specialise in high end bespoke construction projects from period restoration to modern new builds.

Key Role Objectives Management of Subcontractors review and analyse prices, place orders and manage sub-contractors through to certification of payment and package completion.
Attend contract meetings and report as required.
Interim valuations and variations.
Pre-tender surveys.
Assist with pricing tenders, pricing sub-contractors, specialists, utilities and materials etc.
Project Procurement What you will need: A formal qualification and experience of commercial management.
Experience as a commercial manager/Quantity Surveyor You will like being part of a busy office environment and dealing with a multitude of different challenges.
Relevant experience within the industry The salary will ultimately be based on the perfect candidate as we are looking for a permanent addition to our team.
