Senior Quantity Surveyor – Freelance – Residential DeveloperThis successful residential developer in Kent has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a freelance contract basis for a period of 9months.For this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you will be office based in Maidstone, Kent and visit the site when required.
The project in in Ashford, Kent and consists of 225 houses and 100 apartments spread over 2 phases of construction.
