Senior Quantity Surveyor – DfE schools' frameworkThis leading main contractor has an immediate need for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on their £22m new-build school scheme in Berkshire.The role will be to work on a freelance contract basis for a minimum period of 6 months and is likely to be extended or convert to a permanent salaried position potentially.
For this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you will work predominantly on site and a day per week from home if needed.This project is part of the DfE (department for Education) framework of which our client is a part of and running multiple new build secondary schools of varying values from £10m to £30m.
