Senior Quantity Surveyor

PSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to Join their Commercial team on a permanent basis.
This role with be based in the East Midlands and will involve work within Residential groundworks Projects.Senior Quantity Surveyor Roles and ResponsibilitiesNegotiate terms and conditions of subcontracts.Manage and process payments for specialist subcontracts and key suppliers.Perform the closeout process, ensuring all contract terms are met and payments are verified.Work with the project team to evaluate the impact of budget changes.Review and validate weekly cost monitors, comparing forecasted costs with actual costs.Undertake site visits to administer the contract in line with project progress.Senior Quantity Surveyor RequirementsBSc in Quantity Surveying or similar commercial related courseHighly computer literate including Microsoft Office and confident in managing and working with large data setsExperience working on Residential Groundworks Projects Professional membership of appropriate bodyGood data interrogation skillsBid KnowledgeExcellent legal/contractual knowledgeExcellent communication and negotiation skillsValid driving licenceSenior Quantity Surveyor BenefitsSalary - Up to 80,000 DOEBased in East MidlandsRetail DiscountsCompany pensionHoliday Purchase SchemeReduced Gym MembershipsDiscounted HolidaysIf you are interested in this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, please apply or contact Jack Brown at PSR Solutions
