Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor – Highways – Leeds - £73k + Package Do you have experience of working on highway/road projects and want to work on a multi-million pound flagship scheme in the local area?
This famous project is starting on site in November and requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor to help commercially deliver this £18m Junction improvement and infrastructure scheme from start to finish.
Working closely with a Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will ultimately help to develop and integrate the commercial strategy to suit the project as it develops as well as taking ownership for representing the company in commercial and contractual issues.
There will be mentoring responsibilities for more junior members of the team and you will be responsible for keeping positive working relationships with the client and supply chain.
To apply for this role, you must be confident with the administration of the NEC4 form of contract and have civil engineering experience, (ideally highways/roads).
