Senior Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in managing project finances, tender opportunities, and subcontractor relationships across various client sites.
What You'll Do: Tender Management: Handle new contract tenders and evaluate results.
Contract Reviews: Negotiate and review contracts with clients and subcontractors.
Subcontractor Management: Oversee relationships from procurement to payment.
Reporting: Keep senior management informed and support strategic decisions.
Efficiency: Improve reporting systems and team efficiency.
Leadership: Lead and develop the commercial team.
Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients and consultants.
Risk Management: Ensure compliance with risk management procedures.
What We're Looking For: Experience with NEC 3 and/or NEC 4 contracts.
Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Background in highways and civils.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
