Senior Quantity Surveyor

Due to their successful growth, Contract Scotland are working closely with a busy specialist sub-contractor based in Glasgow to source a Senior / Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
They pride themselves on delivering high-quality projects with a diverse range of clients across the public and private sectors.This role offers genuine opportunity for career development and is a great chance for an experienced professional to play a key role within the senior management team.Key duties:- Preparing and submitting tenders, estimates, and proposals.- Negotiating and managing contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.- Providing commercial guidance and support to project teams.- Identifying commercial risks and opportunities.- Monitoring project budgets and financial performance.To be considered for this role, you will have a commercial background within the construction industry, demonstrable Quantity Surveying experience, working knowledge of construction contracts and procurement, and experience managing and supporting multiple projects.Sound like the role for you?
