The role: The role has been created due to a significant new instruction within the energy infrastructure sector.
This highly regarded professional company offer cost management, project management, employer's agent and contract administration, alongside other related advisory services.
Their clients include charities, developers, end-users, education providers, leisure operators and financial institutions.
The role will see you work in a close knit team, working on client focused solutions where you will be guided and supported by an Associate.
You will be given a good breadth of projects to be involved with and run, these projects will include a nice diversity between pre and post contract, up to £50 million.
These projects along with your and the company's commitment will give you a great platform to build your career within a progressive, people centric company.
About you: You will have a degree or equivalent in cost management or quantity surveying.
Have a good grounding in the infrastructure and/or energy industry, ideally with in a client or consultancy.
Be capable and competent in running your own project portfolio and reporting on them to internal and external stakeholders.
It is essential that you have worked with NEC or possibly FIDIC contracts.
Ideally you will be professionally qualified (MRICS) or wish to gain your Membership with the RICS.
You will be paid a very competitive salary, provided full benefits and a bonus dependant on individual and company performance, 36 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) and cpd.
