Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor at BROCKS GORDON GROUND ENGINEERING LTD in London Area, United Kingdom.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures.
Some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications Proficiency in quantity surveying techniques, cost control, and contract administration Strong understanding of construction methodologies and materials Excellent analytical and numerical skills Effective communication and negotiation abilities Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field CSCS NVQ Estimating Wealth of experience required in earthworks/groundworks/utility/civils projects
