Senior Quantity Surveyor

Constructive Moves are collaborating with a fantastic company that are enthusiastic about building quality homes to recruit for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a successful and award winning 5 star house builder.
The region have multiple, mixed housing tenure projects starting in 2025 which has meant the requirement for extra Commercial resources for the team.
You will be responsible for the commercial management of these new developments and will play an integral role in assisting with the pipeline of work.
