Wanted: Senior / Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join a Building Consultancy providing comprehensive professional services exclusively for the education & healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for cost management Managing budgets and cost plans, through to preparing valuations, cost reports and final accounts You will work closely with clients providing expert advice on cost-related matters, whilst ensuring client objectives are met.
Experience Needed: RICS accredited QS degree & time served.
Experience working on commercial projects.
Available to work on site or in the Billericay office.
