Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client is one of Northern Ireland's most reputable Contractors working on prestigious developments, and large scale commercial projects within NI & the UK.
They have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor the Belfast division.
No travel will be required outside NI.
Duties and Responsibilities; Carrying out the day-to-day duties of a Quantity Surveyor based on site.
Processing the Sub-Contractor payments each month, whilst managing their whole account throughout the construction period.
Whilst processing the monthly valuations for the Sub-Contractor pricing and assessing any variations that arise within the account to value the works, and reprocess for the Main-Contractor.
Carrying out cost valuations each month and reporting the costs each month to the Board of Directors.
Preparing the valuations for the Main-Contractor.
Carrying out estimating duties.
Procuring the necessary Sub-Contractors to carry out the various needs on site.
Holding and chairing meetings between the clients, architects, engineers at weekly/monthly progress meetings.
Carrying out comparisons and placing orders for Sub-Contractors to start works on particular projects.
Value engineering methods of construction best to suit the company and the client.
Requirements; They are looking for someone ideally with a steady employment history with a top main contractor as opposed to a Developer.
An individual with exposure on commercial projects up to £10-20M would be at a distinct advantage.
