Senior Quality Officer Location: Eastleigh / Chandlers Ford Contract Type: Permanent Hours Per Week: 37.5 Salary Range: £42,000 - £50,000 Are you an experienced Senior Quality Officer/Engineer seeking a challenging, stimulating and varied opportunity on a permanent basis for a rapidly growing, global supplier specialising in the design and manufacture of bespoke equipment and machinery into multiple sectors?
Do you have experience working In an engineering environment with a background in maintaining QMS, willing to mentor/coach other quality officers?
The Role We're looking for a Senior Quality Officer to join their team and support the continued success of a bigger group.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the business.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can lead audits, optimize processes, and champion quality standards.
You'll work closely with stakeholders to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
Senior Quality Officer Key Essentials: * Qualifications: ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification (essential).
* Experience: Proven track record in quality management, compliance, and ISO 9001:2015 implementation and auditing.
* Skills: Strong communication, strategic thinking, advanced IT proficiency, and leadership capabilities.
