Quality and Registry Team
The Senior Quality Officer will sit within our Quality and Registry team, which is the University's administration hub for our students. It is responsible for a wide range of functions, from governance through to student administration, marking, and assessment. The team is also responsible for processing all results and grades for the students and produces all certificates that are awarded at the graduation ceremony.
The Role – Senior Quality Officer As a member of the Quality Team, you will provide expert advice and guidance to diverse stakeholders in the following areas:
Academic quality and standardsImplementation and application of the University's quality assurance procedures, regulations, and policiesAcademic governanceThis role mainly focuses on supporting new programme development, validation, and modification processes.
You will provide expert guidance on quality assurance and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with external obligations and regulatory requirements.
Additionally, the position involves supporting high-level strategic University committees and panels. Acting as a Secretary, you will:
Manage committee business efficientlyProvide accurate and actionable informationOversee follow-up actions to ensure outcomes are achievedAbout You To be successful as a Senior Quality Officer, you must have:
