Senior Qa/ Qa Test Lead - Bristol £55,000

Job Description I have an exciting new role for an experienced Software Tester who is looking to step up into more of a Test leadership role to join my client based in Bristol.
They would love someone local enough to come in for meetings as and when needed which could be a couple of times a month, although you are welcome to go in more if you wish.
\n They company is a software house who have been going through an exciting period of growth and transformation, and have created a culture where quality is really embraced and taken seriously by the company.
They currently have a team of 12 Testers/ QAs (8 manual, and 4 automation) split across several teams, and they are now looking for an experienced Software Tester/ Senior QA to step into more of a leadership role for a team of 4 manual testers.
\n In this role, you'll mentor and manage the team while continuing to play a hands-on role in manual testing for their products.
Automation testing is handled by a dedicated team, allowing you to focus on the manual aspects.
The role is approximately 80-90% hands-on testing, with the remaining time devoted to more managerial responsibilities.

They would like someone proactive individuals who is enthusiastic about refining processes and implementing meaningful changes.
VYou'll need a solid track record within software testing and while prior line management experience is not essential, they are looking for someone ready to step into a leadership role and make a real impact.
\n Salary is anywhere up to £55,000 plus good benefits.
