About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our team.
As a Senior QA Engineer at Bits, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing effective test strategies, performing manual and automated tests, and identifying and resolving quality issues.
Responsibilities: Design and develop comprehensive test plans and test casesExecute manual and automated tests to identify software defectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of software releasesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and drive the implementation of best practicesWork closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to communicate and prioritize bugs and issuesStay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software testing Minimum Requirements: 5+ years of experience in software quality assuranceStrong knowledge and experience in manual and automated testingExperience with test management and defect tracking toolsProficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScriptExperience with test automation frameworks and toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesExperience in the fintech industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Interview Process: Recruitment day on 11th July 2024.AssignmentInterviews Benefits: A competitive market salary28 days holidays/year incl.
