About the Company: Our client is a well-established and renowned PR agency based in Bristol, specialising in delivering outstanding PR strategies and campaigns for B2B clients across a range of industries.
They are now looking to recruit a talented and experienced Senior PR Consultant to join their growing team.
This is a key leadership role within the agency, offering the chance to work closely with the agency owner while driving both operational efficiency and creative excellence.
The Role: As the Senior PR Consultant, you will take on a dual role, managing the day-to-day operations of the agency while also leading a talented team of PR professionals.
You will work hand-in-hand with the agency owner to shape and deliver the strategic vision of the business, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and results.
Our client is seeking someone with extensive experience in a PR agency setting, ideally with a background in B2B PR.
You will have a passion for mentoring, team leadership, and operational management, as well as a strong track record of delivering creative, high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the agency's PR team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Work directly with the agency owner on strategic initiatives and business growth.
Oversee key client accounts, delivering successful PR campaigns from conception through to execution.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring efficient resource allocation, client satisfaction, and team productivity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry contacts, and stakeholders.
Drive new business efforts, helping to grow the agency's client portfolio and service offerings What We're Looking For: Significant experience in a senior PR role within an agency, ideally focused on the B2B sector.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with excellent people management skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and business development.
Strong understanding of PR fundamentals, including media relations, content development, and crisis management.
Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with the agency owner and wider team.
