We're looking for a Senior Psychotherapist to join us in our mission to provide transformative therapeutic support to children and young people in residential care.

What You'll Do: Lead and support our Clinical Team, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic care for vulnerable children.
Provide clinical supervision and support, helping our team grow professionally and deliver exceptional results.
Take on a small caseload, delivering trauma-informed therapy and interventions.
Be a key player in the development and delivery of training to staff, sharing your expertise and helping others thrive.
Engage in reflective practice, constantly striving to improve the care we provide.

What We're Looking For: Experience: 5+ years working with children and young people, especially those who are looked-after.
You'll be an expert in trauma-informed care.
Skills: Strong knowledge in safeguarding, risk assessment, and therapy frameworks.
Great communication skills and ability to work flexibly.
Qualifications: Masters-level qualification and registered with BACP/UKCP/HCPC.
Personal qualities: Empathy, resilience, and adaptability are key!
