Experience & Attributes Critical is proven experience in Property Management (lettings / consultancy / surveying) Knowledge of social housing regulations, best practice and legal compliance and health & safety regulation A good understanding and experience of affordable rent unit management Holder of a CIH or ARLA qualification (or equivalent) or willing to undertake such qualifications A full driving licence and the ability to travel to sites Excellent IT skills (Word and Excel) The ability to write performance reports to a high standard Excellent, versatile communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage relationships with a range of external stakeholders Flexibility in working varied working hours, both on and off site Experience working with government housing contracts such as Home Office and Ministry of Justice is highly desirable Possess demonstrable team management skills, enabling the leadership of a small but effective team.

Experienced in developing processes and implementing systems
