Senior Property Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful independent agency in the property sector as a key member of the property management team.

As a Property Manager based in Peckham, you will oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring exceptional service for clients, tenants, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities include managing compliance reporting and bookings, addressing maintenance issues, coordinating pre-tenancy checks, and handling all aspects of property management, such as check-ins, check-outs, disputes, deposit management, and evictions.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for property management, at least 2 years of experience, a solid understanding of property legislation, and exceptional organisational and communication skills.
A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service is essential due to the client-facing nature of the role.
