Senior Property Manager

Cobalt have partnered with a highly regarded Asset Management firm based in Central London, who are looking to bring an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their team for a maternity cover.
You will be part of a friendly and high-performing team of industry leaders who all have a passion for property.
Portfolio:
Circa 140 residential units.High-end/Prime properties, predominantly based in period properties.Key responsibilities:
Day to day interaction with tenants regarding property issuesOrganising necessary maintenance and liaising with contractorsEnsuring all compliance, health & safety, and record keeping requirements are kept up to date with each propertyArrange and carry out inspections to assess necessary renovation worksProject manage any renovations/refurbishments across your portfolioManage any insurance claimsAssist with tenancy-related administrationKeep board up to date on activity within the portfolio through monthly reportsRequirements:
Notable experience within a senior property manager positionA track record of providing high-quality customer serviceSignificant understanding of all recent compliance guidelinesStrong knowledge of refurbishments, renovations, and interior designExperience of using property management softwareExcellent written and verbal communicationThis is a truly unique opportunity to work with an extremely well-regarded name within the high-end London market.
