Senior Property Associate

We are working with a leading international law firm based in Manchester, Belfast, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Birmingham, Edinburgh, or Leeds for a Senior Property Associate to join their Energy team.
The Role: The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join an esteemed energy team, offering market-leading advice to a range of energy technology clients including landowners, investors, funders, and developers.
Projects are quite varied, ranging from EV charging stations to wind farms, working on a range of transactions including solar, hydrogen, wind, carbon capture and more.
The role will also allow for wider participation with our client's global offices.
Essential Criteria: 8 years' PQE; Experience in property with energy transactions; Strong academic background; Technically excellent; Strong communication skills; Ability to work independently and as a team; Strong commercial awareness.
