Pluxa Property are seeking an experienced and driven professional with a background in property acquisitions, negotiating long term leases on both new-build residential and commercial apartment blocks and aparthotels.
You will have an entrepreneurial mindset to lead our business development efforts and have a vast network of connections within the industry.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about property, particularly in new build, off-plan, and built-to-rent apartment developments.
As the Senior Property Acquisitions Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales, developing strategic partnerships, and growing our presence in the market.
This position requires a proactive leader with a track record in sales growth and a strong understanding of the UK property industry.
You will have the opportunity to progress to Head of Property Acquisitions position and unlock extra benefits such as higher base wages, profit share and employee share option upon achieving certain key metrics after the initial 12 months period.
Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and mentor a dynamic remote sales team, setting targets and driving them to meet and exceed sales goals.
Pitch, secure, and manage high-value property acquisitions, particularly in new build and off-plan and residential and commercial developments.
Build long-term relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders, ensuring a personalised approach to each sale.
Develop new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and strategic client acquisition.
Oversee property marketing strategies, working closely with the marketing team to optimise listings, advertisements, and campaigns.
Manage the client reporting process, ensuring clear, consistent communication and updates on property sales and developments.
Streamline sales operations, ensuring all systems and processes support smooth transactions and client satisfaction.
Identify new growth opportunities in the real estate market, particularly within the residential built-to-rent and off-plan and commercial / aparthotel sectors.
Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, expand the client base, and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with senior leadership to set business goals, identify potential markets, and implement action plans.
Utilise CRM systems effectively to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and monitor performance metrics.
Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs), market trends, and potential growth areas to senior management.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
A foundation in business principles and real estate knowledge is essential.
Minimum of 6 - 10 Years in Real Estate Sales or Business Development National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) Qualification desired Demonstrated experience in real estate sales, specifically in new build and off-plan apartment developments.
Familiarity with built-to-rent apartment developments is highly desirable.
Proven experience in business development, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and pitching abilities.
Strong leadership and people management skills with a talent for motivating and developing a sales team.
Experience with CRM systems, using data insights to drive results.
