Key Responsibilities Ensure the quality and accuracy of project plans, schedule analysis, and resource allocation in alignment with project objectives.
Prepare detailed reports to provide up-to-date project insights for project managers and stakeholders.
Maintain and verify the integrity of project plans , ensuring timely updates and clear communication across all levels.
Monitor and track project performance, ensuring data accuracy on a weekly and monthly basis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the planning and execution process .
Identify and address project issues, communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders .
Oversee resource planning , identifying project requirements, resolving conflicts, and ensuring proper allocation.
Conduct regular project control reviews to assess and refine planning processes.
Apply and report on Earned Value Management (EVM) and Critical Path Analysis (CPA) .
Manage Risk and Opportunity assessments and updates.
Implement best practice tools and processes to enhance planning efficiency.
Support the development of bids and proposals , contributing to successful project acquisition.
Qualifications and Experience Degree or relevant qualification (e.g., APM certification preferred).
In-depth knowledge and experience with the APM Body of Knowledge (APM membership preferred).
Proven expertise in project planning, ideally within the aerospace and defense sectors .
Solid understanding of planning structures and principles (e.g., WBS, PBS).
Proficiency in MS Project , Primavera P6, or equivalent planning tools.
Experience with Lifecycle Management (LCM) processes.
Demonstrated ability in EVM, CPA, and QSRA .
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead cross-functional efforts .
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards in aerospace and defence.
